Noesis Real Estate is powered by Athena Core Technologies, Inc. ("Athena Core", "we", "us", "our"), a Delaware-incorporated company. The Noesis Real Estate mobile application ("the App") is a real-estate analysis and deal-management tool for individual investors and brokers.

When you create an account or sign in: name and email address (provided directly or via Apple Sign-In); a unique user identifier assigned by our authentication provider; subscription tier and billing status.
Property addresses and details that you analyze; saved searches, deal notes, financial assumptions, and reports you generate; any documents or images you upload (if you use upload features).
If you subscribe to a paid tier, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your billing email and a record of subscription events. We do not store full credit card numbers; card data is held by Stripe under PCI-DSS controls.
IP address, device type, operating system, and app version; session timestamps and feature interactions, used to diagnose issues and improve the App; crash reports (see Section 8).
To produce property analyses, the App queries third-party real-estate data services (RentCast, REIDIN, FRED). When required, the App may transmit a property address to these providers to retrieve comparable rents, valuations, or economic indicators. No personal information about you is sent to these market-data providers; the requests carry only the property address being queried.
To authenticate you and maintain your session; to save and retrieve your property analyses, notes, and saved searches across devices; to process subscription payments and send billing receipts; to diagnose technical issues and improve the App's features and performance; to send service notifications relevant to your account; to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising, and we do not sell your information.
We share information only as described below. Stripe (payment processing) receives your billing email and payment events; it does not receive your real-estate content. Authentication and database providers (Supabase) host your account and content under a data processing agreement and do not use your data for their own purposes. Apple performs the authentication exchange when you sign in with Apple. Real-estate market data APIs (RentCast, REIDIN, FRED) receive only the property address being queried, no personal information about you. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights. We do not share your information for advertising or marketing by third parties.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to handle billing inquiries and chargebacks (typically 12 months), subject to longer retention where required by law. Property analyses and notes you save are retained until you delete them or close your account. Audit and access logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and integrity purposes. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
You may access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate personal data, request deletion of your account and associated content, and export your saved analyses. To exercise these rights or close your account, email support@noesiscfo-io.us. Account deletion is processed within 30 days; some records (billing, audit) are retained per Section 5 to comply with legal obligations.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher). Data at rest is encrypted by our hosting providers using AES-256. Authentication uses industry-standard password hashing or third-party identity providers (Apple Sign-In). Access to your account requires authentication; sessions expire on inactivity. No system is perfectly secure. If you become aware of a security issue, please report it to support@noesiscfo-io.us.
The App uses Sentry to collect non-personal crash reports and diagnostic data to improve reliability. Sentry receives stack traces, device model, OS version, and app version. We have configured Sentry to scrub personally identifying request data before transmission, and Sentry does not receive your account credentials, property analyses, or notes.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The App is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email support@noesiscfo-io.us.
We will post any updates to this page and, for material changes, notify active users by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
